THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST A CREDIT CARD AS GUARANTEE AT CHECK-IN FOR THE DURATION OF THE STAY.
For groups or reservations of at least three rooms, a deposit of 30% of the total stay is required, and any changes or cancellations must be received at least 10 days before the arrival date. However, these changes or cancellations are not deductible from the amount paid as a deposit, so they are non-refundable. The balance is due 20 days before the arrival date.
All reservations with the special rate "Advance Payment (NON-REFUNDABLE)" are in no way refundable. For bookings longer than 5 days, no refund is allowed for the deposit.
